2014 07 09 Wild Orchid in Tokyo

Found this orchid flowering in a nature reserve park in suburb of Tokyo.  The leaves caught my eye, then the flower.  Dainty, but dignified and beautiful.

Also found was "Murasakishikibu (Lady Murasaki)".  This one is not orchid family, and not murasaki (purple) in color during spring, but it turns beautiful purple color in fall.
